This is evidence of the error that has occurred with my Maya, I had almost completed the tutorial for this section but unfortunately my Maya had an error and has not saved/deleted all my progress.
I am posting this to say that I will attempt to redo the tutorial for Monday but if not completed this is the reason why.

In order to ensure your records are up-to-date we will need you to access ‘MyRecords’ select the container entitled ‘Input and Maintain Study Trip Details’ and then follow the instructions. If this site does not load as expected then please ensure pop up blockers have been turned off.
There is a situation with filling in the form which I have emailed you about.
