Okay - I'm going to be super honest with you: you've chosen a city, but you don't have any kind of visual concept. Your mission statement - which is meant to be a clear articulation of the production design principles underpinning your vision for Zenobia - is just a very bland, non-specific statement about, well about nothing really :(
Your influence maps are likewise very strange in relation to your chosen city, which is characterised by stilts, zinc and bamboo... your influence maps depict riotous colours on one hand, and then moody gothic period-style buildings on the other!?! You don't seem to be investigating Zenobia at all, and it appears too that you've done little to no research into it's possibilities.
I don't know what's going on, Sam - it may simply be that you're still struggling to adapt to the pace and to the workload, and to the idea of actually researching something, but I'm just going to say that you're not doing enough - not yet - and it shows. Just remember what your great, enviable job is on this brief: to imagine, design and depict an extraordinary environment for a new CGI animation...
You need to pick up the pace, Sam - you can start perhaps by looking at these great references in terms of bamboo technology...
Now - with two weeks to go before your first big presentation, show me the power of your imagination and what you can do when you actually put your mind to it! Onwards!
